Email Alerts

What are Email Alerts? 

Email Alerts are notifications for Enhanced Agent users that there are new transactions in BSPlink which the Agent should be aware of. Those can be new documents received (new files, new ADM or ACM) or changes (an authorized or rejected Refund Application or a new Ticketing Authority).

Enhanced users have the option to set up email alerts for the following options:

Ticketing Authority Modifications
ADM/ACM
Refund Application/Authority
New file downloads
ADM/ACM Request
Deleted Disputed ADMs
