BSP link

What is BSPlink?

BSPlink is the global web-based portal for IATA Accredited Agents and BSP Participating Airlines and IATA BSP offices to interface with the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP). In other words, with access to BSPlink, BSP Participants can access BSP Billing reports and other information, as well as perform BSP-related transactions online. As a result, BSP Participants are BSPlink users.

BSPlink facilitates the interaction and exchange of information between all BSP participants and suppliers. IATA Accredited Agents interact with BSPlink online to access the Billing reports related to their BSP ticket sale transactions, the airline correction to those ticket sales transactions and can make various queries regarding the documents issued.

Participants and suppliers in the BSP are the IATA Accredited Agents, BSP Participating Airlines, the Data Processing Centres (DPCs), the Clearing Bank, the BSP Management and the Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) or Ticketing System Providers (TSP).

When a travel agency becomes an IATA Accredited Agent, it is automatically set up in BSPlink as a user.

Each BSPlink user will receive a unique Login code and Password code from the BSP office or IATA Customer Service Centre. The Login and Password allow online computer access to the BSPlink portal.
